It's not flatscreen and its pretty much brand new. I was going to give it to goodwill... but last time I did that, I donated a really good jacket and saw it up in a goodwill store for $120?? I was going to mail the tv over to myself, but it cost alot plus my fiance says he'd rather we only use flatscreen tv. I'd rather donate it but I'm not sure where to go... It would cost alot to mail it over to anyone... so I'm not sure what to do... suggestions anyone?

Habitat for Humanity Store
Salvation Army
Local School
Local Preschool
Local Church

I agree the TV is hardly worth mailing but it needs to be used before hitting the disposal mode.

Put it up on craigslist.org. Price it close to free. It's really only worth $25 - $50.

Sell it at the local colleges. Let some poor college student buy it for $50. It'd be good for video games if they don't have anything better.

I can tell you want to do some good. Take it to a church, an orphanage or a shelter. You can do this right away and it will get used by someone in need for sure.
