These zits show up quickly and hey show up a lot. Most of the time they are around for about two weeks but I can't lay on my arms. It is uncomfortable and really embarrassing.

my son has been using pine tar soap for a over three months now. it has really helped clear it up. he had it really bad. huge sores on his face, back and some on his arms and chest. you can get it thru your pharmacy. it costs about $4 a bar and a bar can last 3-4 wks. His skin is 100 percent clearer now

You are suffering from bacterial infections. these bacteria get into the pore and set up house there, forming into lesions often filled with puss. They take long to heal. Make sure you keep your clothes well laundered, and particularly your bath towels which breed this bacteria because they remain moist for a while after you shower. Then you dry again the next day with that towel and spread the bacteria back onto your skin unknowingly. Use astringents to wipe your skin down where affected after each shower, and throughout the day as needed, to kill those nasty bacteria before they get onto your skin, and into your pores where they make pimples and boils.

sometimes, i have the same thing. Mine usually arent zits with pus, just big red swollen bumps on my underarm. My doctor told me that this is usually a sign of an infection and that your immune system is working at trying to fight it off. Get plenty of rest, eat healthy, and get PLENTY OF EXERCISE!!

in the mean time, try putting some ice on them and use antibacterial soap. If it continues, contact your doctor.

i hope you get better, i know what it can feel like and it SUCKS!
