Impurities in your nasal passages.
Try a nasal flush. Buy a syringe at your local pharmacy. The ones used to give toddlers liquid medicine works great! Mix a quarter teaspoon of salt and a quarter teaspoon of baking soda in 8 ounces of clean, warm water. Fill the syringe. Lean over the bathroom sink. Emply a syringe full of solution into one nostril and let it flow out of the other nostril. Repeat a few times and then syringe the other nostril. This will remove impurities, bathe your mucous membranes that might have been exposed to dry winter air, and soften your mucous so that you can easily blow it into a tissue.

Inflammation of mucus membrane causes sneezing, The reason may be dust, chill climate & strong odours.

you have allergic by dust or cold any thing . if you want to come out from this problem you start to do yoga everyday with in one month you feel fit n fine. yoga can be learn at aastha channel at 5am n 9 pm daily with ramdevji.or contact
