Don't worry... it will only cause you to feel guilty and eat more. It happened... tomorrow is another day. Get back on track tomorrow.

I used to be a binge eater myself. I would starve myself for four days and then all of a sudden eat myself out of house and home. I lost 45 pounds as soon as I changed my habits.
Try having a yogurt @ 10 am drink a liter of water, then at 2 pm eat plain lettuce with almonds on top and drink two liters of water, then for dinner eat a can of tuna with mustard on a pita and drink two more liters of water. You will feel full, lose weight and you wont binge!

Pretend you bought the extra food on credit. Subtract 50 or so extra calories from your daily intake for the next week to "pay" for it. NEVER go below 1200 calories a day though- you won't lose weight, you'll just harm your organs.
It happens to everyone at this time of year. Don't stress it.
Congrats on the 20 lbs. though.

The weight you gained is probably mostly water. Just stop binging and you should be back to where you were yesterday after a day or so.

It's okay to do that every once in a while. Don't be so obsessed by your weight. Just go back to your normal habits of watching how much you eat. One day is not going to have a great impact on your weight.

don't beat yourself up about having a little or even alot extra, instead congratulate yourself on the weight you have lost and continue with the good work and efforts.

Just don't do it everyday and don't think about today. Simple! Got it.
