Aslam, I don't know what your mother tongue is. I guess it could be Arabic, if not mistaken.
I'm not a native speaker of English either. However, I've improved my pronunciation by taking Phonetics courses which is the study of the sounds of human speech. It is concerned with the actual properties of speech sounds (phones), and their production, audition and perception, while phonology, which emerged from it, studies sound systems and abstract sound units. Phonetics deals with the sounds themselves rather than the contexts in which they are used in languages.
Phonetics has three main branches:

- articulatory phonetics, concerned with the positions and movements of the lips, tongue, vocal tract and folds and other speech organs in producing speech;
- acoustic phonetics, concerned with the properties of the sound waves and how they are received by the inner ear; and
- auditory phonetics, concerned with speech perception, principally how the brain forms perceptual representations of the input it receives.
Of course you'll have to find yourself a good teacher who can lead you into this somehow intricate world but it's like the saying goes, Teach a man to fish...
You'll get the tools to understand Pronunciation Dictionaries which will enable you to look up new words and be able to pronunce them quite accurately.
On a more practical basis, I'd try to listen to English as much as I could and maybe take notes of what you hear so that you can reproduce the sounds.
There's also a course on how to reduce your accent. I can't remember the name of it but I bought it at Barnes and Noble online (they mail it worldwide) and I found it very useful. You may be able to do some research yourself.

Listen to other people who speak perfect English and try to immitate them. It doesn't have to be in person. Practice repeating phrases you hear on TV and/or radio. They also have cassette tapes (and probably CDs) you can buy that will help you learn how to pronounce English words better.
