what are the cheapest new home surround sound speakers i can get with everything i need? i dont care what brand i just want the cheapest ones?

You will just have problem with anything Cheaper.

Here is my advice.

Proficient Audio:
Inexpensive, Yes! Comparable to speakers for twice the money
Quality Sound, Yes! Sure for the money
Great Warranty, Yes! 10 years
Buy on-line with Warranty, Yes! From the right place.

Use these for surround. These come in pairs.

Use these for the front if you can put them in the walls. These come in pairs.

Use these for the front if you have to put them in the Ceiling. These are sold one each.

You can stay in the family and use one of their subwoofer's.

I hope this Help's. As I mentioned earlier. You can Buy Cheaper. But you get what you pay for.

These just sell for a good price. Not expensive by any means. But I wounldn’t call them Cheap.

You could use those $5 computer speakers. $25 for 5.
Onkyo TS XR304 receiver $99.00 at Fry's I heard.
That's $124.00 total.

What can I say about a system like this?
Oh, I know. What a price!

All you need now is a $30 DVD player.

If cheap is all you care about look for the in the box systems (can't believe I am saying this) be sure to look at how many inputs it has because if you want the sound from it on all your devices they all need to be routed into it. (Only one output to your TV will be needed)
