It's probably not cancer. Certain people think, every time they have a pain, that it's cancer. There are a billion other things it could be.

Cancer diagnosis requires a biopsy of the suspect cells to determine if they are cancerous. If you have a suspicion that a growth is cancerous see a doctor for the diagnosis. Also pain is one of the last symptoms of cancer. If pain was an early sign more people would be cured.

Pain is one symptom of cancer, but just because you're in pain doesn't necessarily mean it's cancer. Nonetheless, see a doctor right away and don't delay!
Depending on the type of cancer, there are many symptoms of the disease- hoarseness/nagging cough, pain, changes in bowel or bladder habits, frequent bruising and infections, lumps, and changes in the color, size, or shape of a mole. I was just diagnosed with melanoma, and my dr. thought the mole looked suspicious and had it biopsied. It turned out I have skin cancer. Additional tests such as biopsies, xrays, blood tests ,urine tests, and ct/mri scans are needed to confirm a diagnosis of cancer.
Again, please see your doctor immediately! John

if i were you i would go see doctor and find out what it is. yes, cancer does hurt and that is towards the end or near it when it really gives one person problems but i doubt you have that. you have now idea how horrible cancer can be. its like you find it in your checkups blodo work or whatever. that is how and i suspect you could be nothing more then gas or something but go and see it won't hurt but give you peaceof mind.

you need to make an appointment w/ a doctor and he/she can use a CAT scan to determine the problem with your pain. You can't physically tell if you have cancer. Only scans can reveal them.

By talking to an oncologist/ other doctors.
Chances are the pain is something else, but it wouldn't hurt to get it checked out anyway.
