of Angels falling to Earth and impregnating women with giants? I have never read this story, I think that I would remember. There is a good chance that I am not conveying this adequately, but if you are familiar please refer me to book and verse where I can read it for myself. Thank you.

In Genesis. Before the flood. I'm pretty sure it's near or around chapter 6.
Edited because I checked: Yep, it's in chapter 6. You can Google for the whole passage.

That is an interpretation given to Genesis 6:4
"There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bore children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown."
Some of the Jews believed that the "sons of God" in this verse were angels that came to earth and impregnated human women (the "daughters of men"). The results were a genetically impure race that in danger of superseding the human race, those the need for the Flood to wipe them out.
Some Christians cross reference this with 2 Peter 2:4-5
"For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;
"And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;"
They say these "angels that sinned" where they ones who mated with humans prior to the flood.

Genesis 6:4:
4 The Nephilim were on the earth in those days—and also afterward—when the sons of God went to the daughters of men and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown.
Nephilim is Hebrew for "fallen ones". That is where this interpretation comes from.

The sons of God (Gen 6) were definately angels
(Jude 6-7) 6Â And the angels that did not keep their original position but forsook their own proper dwelling place he has reserved with eternal bonds under dense darkness for the judgment of the great day. 7Â So too Sod′om and Go‧mor′rah and the cities about them, after they in the same manner as the foregoing ones had committed fornication excessively and gone out after flesh for unnatural use, are placed before [us] as a [warning] example by undergoing the judicial punishment of everlasting fire.

Book of Genesis, Chapter 6, verses 1 through 4 describe the origin of the Nephilim:
"Now it came about, when men began to multiply on the face of the land, and daughters were born to them, that the sons of God saw that the daughters of men were beautiful; and they took wives for themselves, whomever they chose. Then the LORD said, "My Spirit shall not strive with man forever, because he also is flesh; nevertheless his days shall be one hundred and twenty years." The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men, and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown."
