Peanut Butter Cookies W/O Flour

Cookies

1 cup peanut butter; Jif
1 1/3 cups Splenda, sugar substitute
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract

combine the peanut butter, 1 cup Splenda, the egg, and vanilla, and stir

You can look online for flourless peanut butter cookies. I've had a recipe and it was AWESOME! You can also substitute rice flour, but you have to check for conversion ratios (I'm not sure if it's 1:1).

Do you mean NO flour, or just not wheat flour?

If no flour, check out allrecipes.com for no-bake chocolate oatmeal cookies.

If just no wheat flour, look on websites for folks with celiac disease--they are allergic to wheat and have created many alternatives.

Good luck!

I've heard you can replace the flour with ground almonds... Don't take my word for it, tho.

Thanks for the thumbs down... I'm sure the very successful bakery near my work that uses ground almonds rather than flour would be interested in knowing they're doing it all wrong.

Make meringues - you make them with egg whites and sugar. Look them up on www.allrecipes.com

Yum!

Also look for macaroons. I think they're made with coconut and condensed milk.
