How do you put fog lights in a 2002 Nissan Altima?

Nissan Fog lighting kits come with a new turnsignal stalk and two lamps that go into the front bumper. Check with the dealership if your car can have fog lights. Some base model Altimas do not have the additional wiring. That is the two plugs taped to the wiring under the front bumper cover.
