Like on low, 200 or 250 degrees for 6-8 hours? If so, exactly how long and how did it turn out? I am not worried about browning as we are just using the meat for sandwiches.

I have cooked a turkey at 300 before, because I had to leave the house for a while, but turned it up to 325 as soon as I could.
