The brain
drinking over many years leads to permanent changes in the brain. reduce the amount of brain tissue and to increase the size of the ventricles instead. depriving it of food substances such as vitamins. This is because heavy drinkers often neglect their diet, which can lead to vitamin deficiencies. Thiamine, one of the 'B' vitamins is most commonly missing from the diet and can lead to serious mental disturbance.
The Heart
The heart can be affected by the vitamin deficiencies caused by a neglected diet. The pumping action of the heart is weakened. Heart failure can result from this.
The Stomach
Just one occasion when you drink heavily can irritate the stomach and cause sickness and pain. The steady drinking of alcohol can lead to the regular occurrence of these symptoms.

the alcohol kills the brain cells and slows the thought processes down and depresses the autonomic and voluntary nervous system the blood is thinned and the heart works harder to pump it the alcohol strips the mucus membranes in the throat and the lining of the stomach of protection from the attack of the alcohol on the entire body its absorbed all along the digestive tract and can be breathed as a vapor to intoxicate , blood alcohol levels are rated at the level or hundreths per so in most states .08 is legally intoxicated check all this on wikipedia OK ive been off alcohol since 1988 but am still considered a recovering alcoholic

brain - a hangover is basically dehydration in the brain. your brain is lacking in oxygen causing nausea, headache, ect...

stomach - (that i don't know) google it. i can't do all of your homework
Blood alcohol content (BAC) or blood alcohol concentration is the concentration of alcohol in blood. It is usually measured as mass per volume. For example, a BAC of 0.02% means 0.2‰ (permille) or 0.02 grams of alcohol per 100 grams of individual's blood, or 0.2 grams of alcohol per 1000 grams of blood. Blood alcohol concentration is measured in so many different units that it can be extremely confusing. The following formula may be of some help.
Blood alcohol levels
1 g/kg = 1 g kg-1 = 1 g/L = 100mg/dL = 1 mg/cc = 100 mg% = 1 decigrams% = 0.1 g% = 0.1% = 1 ‰

Dehydrates the brain trying to rid itself of alcohol. Eventually leads to "wet brain". Alcoholics have the best cleanest blood vessels of anyone but the heart can be over stressed. Alcohol, being a solvent, can take the lining off your stomach. Having a blood/alcohol level of 0.08-0.10 is generally legally drunk; 0.30 is generally stupid, stumbling, falling down drunk; 0.60 is generally dead.

brain doesn't really have control of what you do
can cause your heart beat to slow down/speed up
makes you stomach feel bad ( throwing up)
amount of alcohol in your blood---is different for male and female---how much you weigh...etc
