It is chambered in 41 Rem Mag, and is fitted with a red dot scope. Cant even find a custom outfit that wants to use plain smooth leather instead of the cowboy look. I know this will all be custom of course,(and overkill, I know) but if anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.

You should get about three pages of the type holster you are looking for. Most are chest carry holsters but Uncle Mike does make a vertical carry scoped holster for several different guns. I suspect your Ruger will fit in one of them.
