Its weird because the mom is a red nose pit and the dad they said was a gator mouth from the local area.

No telling - unless you know who the parents were for sure, there is no real way of knowing... I knew a dog that looked like a perfect Bull Mastiff and he was a Boxer/Ridgeback cross... you just never know... it is genetic dice when dogs are mixed or even when they are purebred but produced by people who don't know or care what they are doing. He looks like a fairly health, happy dog and I hope you enjoy him, er, her...
