First off how long have you been drug free?
There are choices that we make each day and to use or not is your choice no one else's
People , Places and Things we can not control and that's one thing that a addict needs is to control.
As for my self when I first cleaned up I found my self setting my self up to relapse. When that happen here came the pity pot.
Think " First of "WHY" and then deal with the issue at hand.

Drugs are an escape from reality.
If the reality becomes unpleasant, the user might
well try to escape again. It's his old pattern.
If you know such a person, try to protect him if
he's been disappointed.
If you are such a person, be especially on guard
when disappointed. Don't fall back on an old habit
that you've already found doesn't work.

An excellent source of support is to go to Narcotics Anonymous. They have a 12-step programme that will help to lead the rcovering addict to be able to lead a full & confident life free from the temptation of any drug.

I've cleaned up 3 times the times I went back out was because something, or someone or someplace or a situation ticked me off ya we're sensitive but that is what growing up is about sometimes we don't grow to good

weve all been let down by our so called democrats or in england loca govermentsbecause were all addicted to everything we dont wanna be doin and yes it seems most addicts are quite fragile
