Only if he was a problem child, other than that he would probably be ASMO'd (Sent back in training) and be assigned AIT (Advanced Individual Training, Physical stuff). He may go to mast, but that is a call from the Division Officer or the DR to pursue, but he would not be kicked out just for that.

He would get sent to Captains Mast for sure and probably get restriction for 45 days and lose a lot of pay. If he was a total punk the rest of the time too he probably had a list of crap he did that helped him get kicked out. Sounds like a great guy to date.....not.

In Basic/boot camp. Heck yes.. In regular military you could get kicked out but most likely you would recieve an Art 15/Captains Mast. But in Basic..absolutely..they havent put much money or time into you and it looks very badly to have that short of a military service time...

You are property of the U.S. Government, and conduct such
as that will get you Captains Mast, and thirty days in the brig.
Your friend may have said that, after he got his "dishonorable
discharge" on the way out the gate. So there is "more," he is
"not telling you." A dishonorable discharge is the same as a
"felony." and you won't be able to get a job anywhere, or
leave the country. So stay Honorable, Please. <}:-})

Trainee telling an officer to go f------ himself???? No, you wouldn't get kicked out, but you will have gotten yourself into deep doodoo.!
There's more to it than this. He's a troublemaker, and I'd suggest you stay away from him.
If he has no respect for his superiors, do you really, really expect he'll have any respect for you????

I don't know what a Lt. Dr. is. Lt. Comander maybe? Either way, I get your point. He is enlisted, and he told an officer to F himself. First, the officer could do nothing. Otherwise, the officer would write him up. He would not get kicked out.

Telling a commissioned officer to get bent is not good for the career.
