Im on 20mg Cymbalta and i just got back from Christmas Eve Church mass and obviously you know that they dip the bread in whine, is that bad even though its a tinyy tiny bit of whine? Cause i ate it and i was like.. oh crap thats alcohol, even though its probably like not even a sip. hellpp??

As long as you only took one sip you will be ok. Its just not safe to over do drinking while taking it.

20mg is not as bad, as 40mg what I am on. I get a buzz, and a headache when I have any type of wine, even it if it is just a sip. You will soon find out, I found out the hard way the next day I woke with a headache, that last all day long. That was enough for me, not to do it again.

I'd say you're ok, but if you are really worried, you can call poison control and they can tell you for sure. They know all about meds and what and how much will react with them.

I am on 60mg and my doc says it is okay to drink in moderations. He said that would be like no more than 2 glasses of alcohol, so i say you are good.
