Other Christmas Eves I've drunk heavily, but not this year, thank goodness..

But I imagine I'll have some wine tomorrow at the big family shindig. It gets a little stressful and weird. I'm always relieved when it's over.

Christmas is depressing. I take anti-depression pills, and an occasional drink to ease it. You know, when you get older, everyone you have loved is dead. And Christmas can become nothing more than a time to remember good days gone by..that will never return. All that is left to look foreword to is the grave. Not pretty I know....but true.

Why would they do that, unless they are scared and feel they can''t handle anything, then they need to get help. This is not the time for those kind of things. If you can't handle on their own there is something wrong. OR is that what they need to make a special day. It is a day to celebrate, not drunk, or high!! ===

Christmas really blows this year. Figure a few glasses of wine will at least put me to sleep.
