If these people are all going to all be there what PEACE will there be?

AnnaP- I keep hearing this "God in infallible" stuff from christians yet have never seen this as TRUTH. If God is so perfect "why" did he create such a flawed species and a world so unpredictable?

I forgot, - - then there is the story of the DEVIL whom God created also who shows me he EXPECTED failures in his creations.

You shouldn't WANT to go to heaven... you should be the person that you want to be, and do the things that you want to do, and along the way try not to hurt many people... if you so happen to end up in Heaven (if there is such a place) then that's nice, it isn't supposed to be a place where people argue, but if you don't end up in Heaven (and instead end up rotting in the ground, or in Hell, etc.) then it shouldn't matter. I think people focus too much on trying to end up in Heaven that they ignore a lot of things that are perfectly fine and good in life (that don't hurt other people) just because the Bible says something stupid about it. I think "God" would just make it all work out in Heaven; maybe there are different sections for different people who believe different things or something, and then also places for people who are just plain old "good people" but don't know what to believe <-- that's how I hope it is if it is such a place.

Not a good reason--people are fallible, God is not.
Update: And I keep hearing all these universal excuses for not believing, when the choice is very real and very personal. It is up to YOU, no matter anything else that is going on in the world, to choose or turn your heart against God. I hope you choose the "right" path eventually.

When we cross over, we will have all the answers. In this light, I would think that a lot of the arguments will cease, and we will finally find peace with each other.

because people in heaven will all be given new bodies someday when christ comes............everyone else lives an eternity in hell
