Well it all depends on what you like, but my two favorite places to make out with a guy is on either his bed or mine... lots of room to stretch out and get comfortable and relaxed.
It's nice to just lie there, kiss and cuddle one another, and I also really like making out on benches near trees (doesn't have to be at a park) in the sunshine. I don't know why, I just really like it.
I've also heard "in the rain" is a popular and very romantic one, though unfortunately I've never experienced it myself. I can imagine it would be very wet :|
It's fun to make out in different "positions" too (sorry if that sounds bad!)... on his lap, next to one another, lying down... etc! Be creative!

his bed! the movies, your place, a friend's place, the car (watch out for cops though i've gotta couple stories on that :)
Anywhere, walking down the street, just not waiting in line or anywhere crowded with people is a no no. Just about anywhere else though :)
