Well it is kinda obvious. If all the people on earth were to live by his commandments, there would be no one in prison or jail, so we wouldn't need policemen, except to direct whatever type vehicles we will be moving in except it all may be electronic. There likely will have to be judges to settle disputes, but they better be really nice disputes. Our communities will be by family. We will be in a neighborhood surrounded by our relatives and worship with our relatives. Priesthood will likely be our government. According to threes scriptures, we will build houses and inhabit them, one will not build and another inhabit. We will plant gardens and eat the fruits thereof, one will not plant and another eat. So I guess he wants us all to know how to build houses and he wants us all to know how to plant.
There will be total equality. There will be no rich and no poor. There will be no people there who don't add to the overall betterment of the community. It will be a perfect organization, likely with captains of 100 and captains of1000. The Gospel or word will come out of the Jerusalem where Christ lives, the government will come out of the new Jerusalem.
The continents of the earth will come back together like they were at the time of the garden of Eden. We will live to be 100 years old and then be changed into a resurrected being. There will be births and living people living side by side with resurrected families. Our learning will increase dramatically, because of all the things we will be required to learn. That apparently will include building and gardening skills, as we learn in the scriptures. We will be surrounded by people who do not cheat, lie, steal, murder, and so on. Weeds will behave themselves just like in the garden of Eden. All the wicked will be burned and will no longer be on the earth.
Christ will rule the church and be in charge of the government.

When Jesus returns then the old world will pass away as we know it and Jesus will set up power with a new heaven and new earth. Jesus will be the light of this world. Thier willl be no need for lamps or the sun. This will be a good place to be since Jesus is all good and is not capable of Evil at all. God Bless You.
