You need to get the poor thing to the vet!

The reason why she was fine earlier is probably because dogs rarely show pain, due to the fact that in the wild they would be considered weak and hunted down.

The bulge is probably a broken rib.

What would you do if this was your child? Let her struggle or rush her to the vet? Exactly.

I am guessing you are poor and can not afford to get medical help for your dog or you would have done it as soon as the accident happened. I understand your situation and apparently you do love her or you would not have reached out for some kind of help. My advice to you would be to take her to the ER vet and request that they put her to sleep. They will do this service for free, if you can not afford medical care. If you love her I know you would not want her to suffer. It sounds as if your sweet girl has serious injuries and because dogs usually cover any signs of pain for survival, if she is whimpering she must be in severe pain. There is nothing you can do for her at your home. Waiting is only causing her to suffer longer and she will probably die anyway. Be brave for your sweet girl and get her on her way soon. I am sorry. My prayers are with you.

Why did you not already take her to the vet, instead you are on the Internet asking for help......you do not need a dog if you don't know how to care for one. You need to get her to a vet, I hope you already have......there is nothing you could her for pain, she needs a doctor....I hope she will be okay.

from now on, take the dog to the vet first, no one can help over the Internet, except to tell you, go to the vet..

she will need xrays, especially after you said she has a bulge in her side, could be busted blood vessel, torn muscle, and the most likely to be is broken ribs sticking out...

Your dog needs a vet NOW. Every vet has an emergency phone number left on their answering machine. Get it and take her immediately. She has internal injuries and she needs immediate attention.

TAKE HER TO THE NEAREST EMERGENCY VET NOW!!!
Do not give her anything as it could mask whatever is going on inside. I cannot believe you didn't seek medical attention before now, I hope it isn't too late. Be a responsible pet owner and take her for treatment NOW she is obviously suffering. I hope she does okay.

She may have a diaphramatic hernia, where the diaphragm ruptures. It pushes up against the lungs and gradually suffocates them. Either that or internal bleeding. Both are very serious and your dogs life is in danger without medical attention.

Get her to the vet. She's probably got some internal damage that needs to be taken care of immediately... Call an emergency vet or let her die. That's up to you.

Take her to the vet she could have internal bleeding and broken bones.
Call your vet and see if they are still open, if they aren't open then go to the nearest animal hospital right away.

Don't give her anything for the pain. Take her to a vet right away. She may well have internal injuries. She should have gone as soon as the accident happened. Please don;t wait any longer or it maybe too late to save her.

Good luck!
