Once I say I am a christian and that I dont have premarital sex, they are out the door. I dont understand... I am begin told that I will an old maid before I find a man willing to wait till marriage.

No I am not a virgin, but giving myself away in relationships that didn't last is played out. Plus I know its wrong biblically since sex is okay only within the confines of marriage.

When you choose to live your life by a set of standards that differ from the the world's point of view then you're bound to get people who don't understand you. There are guys out there that feel the same way you do so if someone turns a cold shoulder when you tell him he's not getting any then let him go. You'll find someone that shares your beliefs and you'll be much happier than if you had compromised your beliefs.

Its definitely hard to find a guy who is willing to wait for you but not impossible, personally I've decided to wait so just keep looking, besides, you should be happy they leave because they dont deserve your time in the first place.

Because men will be men. By nature, we think about sex often. Plus, it is a norm nowadays. I'm sure you'll find a man that will respect your beliefs just don't expect it to be easy.

I'd say it's because sex is an important part of a relationship. I couldn't be in a relationship for too long without having sex, I'd go crazy. It would also show a disconnect between my values and yours which would probably be impossible to resolve.

They could be running cuz you say you are a christian. Some sick things have taken place in the name of Christianity so it really dont mean nothing but you dont buy a car before test driving it. i'm not saying you have to have sex soon as you meet someone

don't accept that. you can find a guy. i know they're there...i have the same problem. i know guys have a really hard time controlling their hormones, so that could be part of the problem. also, i know that it helps guys feel closer and more in love with a woman they have sex with...

at least you know when you find someone who will wait, he's a good catch! :)

no honey don't give up there are still a few good men out there . sex has been so easy to get for guys that they just don't want to wait cause its so hard. keep close to God and wait on him he see your pain ok

because most boys think they need 2 be pleased on a daily basis... remember a dude will always take good care of something thats "new"
ex: when a dude buys a new car, they will shine it and take good care of it because its new and its theirs.... they even buy certain expensive things for it
but say when they have a "used" car they dont care about it they "use" it and then get another one
its the same with girls...u get it...please use my advice...its been tested... and it works lol

all the guys these days are "players" who are just in it for a quick lay. but good thing is when and if you find a guy thats down for it they will be tryed and tested but ur african american and i assume u only date your race most guys who are waiting are white black guys are huge players and im not being racist they just are more affected by the mainstream hiphop who glamorize that lifestyle
