As recomended by the manufacturer I've been taking 5 capsules of "Creatine" daily, on an empty stomach, followed by atleast 10 minutes of exercise, but haven't seen any result. Users of 'Creatine" can you please help?!

what exactly are you expecting to get out of it?

creatine is for strength training. it will only help to increase muscle mass if you are using progressive resistance with a hypocaloric diet (high calorie).

See first answer, you are probably better off not buying the creatine and just doing the exercise
