Generally thats the biggest no no between two friends. I would never do that to my best friend but she's my best friend..I can talk to her about it. If you'll miss her, don't do anything stupid. I'm pretty sure you're young though. You might grow out of her when you go off to college an I'm pretty sure its not forever with him. Its probably just a forbidden fruit type of thing. If she's your true best friend like fight with you, never snitch type of friend, a boy isn't really worth it. Guys come a dime a dozen. Especially in college. But everything said, do what you can live with.

You are either in love or not. You can;'t 'think you are in love" Love is definate....not a maybe , not I think I am in love. Do you think you want to keep your best friend? Or go for a guy that may cost you your best friend? You decide.

There are plenty of other guys out there. Get out more and find someone new. I promise you will. In the end if you act on this you're likely to lose your best friend.

Your current friends could become x friends. There are others out there. Give it time, its not worth the emotional heartache later on down the road. When he is free for real?? You will find someone nice just for you. Don't give up!
