Call Discover RIGHT AWAY! You may save them from a really crappy holiday! Way to pay it forward...good for you.

Just call the number on the back of the card and tell them you found the card and to cancel it.

Tear the card up and throw it away. You have done the best thing any one could do for the person who lost the card.

Cheers and good luck

There is probably a phone number on the back of the card that the card company can use to locate the owner of the card.
Call that number and eplain the situation. They more than likely will call that person so that you can give that person back their credit card
Good for you for being honest!!!

Look on the back of the card, there's an 800 number you can call to report that you found the card.

Mail it to the address for Discover card on the back of the card or turn it into the closest police station. DO NOT KEEP THE CARD.
You can call customer service for the card, but I would cut it into 3 or 4 pieces and mail it back.
And do it NOW!

You could turn the card in at the Walmart store, or you could mail it back to the Discover Card company, or you could just drop it into ANY USPS mailbox and they'll get it to the owner ... Yes, you can drop any card with a name that you know has an address on file with the company or agency into any mailbox with NO ENVELOPE and the post office will find the person and return the card to them. If you want a reward, of course, that can't happen, but neither will any of the other ways of returning a card ... you may use an envelope if you mail it and include your name and address, or you may give your name and address if you turn it in, but it's still totally up to the owner of the card whether to give you a reward or not.

Call the number on back of card, turn into walmart since that is where they'd check first, or try look them up in the phonebook or online.
