the problem is its in his AKO account.
I have his password.

If I use them in the divorce case, can I get in trouble becuase its his AKO account.
He allowed me to use it once..and I saw him flirting with that witch.
Can I use them?
OR WILL I end up getting in trouble?

And what would be the punishment if I use them anyways?
Or are the insubmissable in court?
Afterall he did give me the password.

Everyone flirts, it is human nature, most of the time it means nothing at all. I flirt with pretty cashiers at the supermarket, they flirt with me. I've had pretty women smile at me when I'm walking down the street, we both know that it means nothing but a bit of fun, we like to think it's a bit risque, a bit of the devil in us. It doesn't mean that we are going to find a motel and make out all afternoon. If he was sleeping with someone else you would have something to worry about. Lighten up, and see it for what it is, or go nuts worrying everytime a woman looks at your husband. And have a merry Christmas.

You wouldn't get in trouble. Same thing when a spouse speeds on base...THEY don't get in trouble, the ticket goes to the military person's unit. Stupid, I know.

Just my two cents, but why would he flirt in his email that he knows you have the password to? Obviously whatever he said he didn't consider it "divorce worthy".

You would not get in trouble since he gave you the password.

Have you considered couples counseling? If he doesn't want to go, go without him. Divorce should not be your first option, unless this is a repeat, involved thing. Couples counseling will help you move on if that's what you need to do.

You obviously don't love him because you are immediately jumping to divorce. I think he is better off without you.
