Well, I don't believe in sin, but if I did, I would think it was a sin for a boss to expect an employee to stay right to the bitter end on Christmas eve. But then, I would also consider it wrong to come in 2 or 3 hours late. You have to assume they don't much care about time, but rather productivity, if you've been getting away with that for any length of time.

Are you pretty productive?

No it is not a sin to leave 10 minutes late because a sin is disobeying one or more of the ten commandments. Anyways you should know that if you go to church.

no and its not a sin theres nothing wrong for getting home early to spend time with the ones that you care about.
