If he tried, he'd be more endangered than the cheetah; in fact, I believe Tony would become extinct.
You may want to check his blood-alcohol level or get the water pipe away from him if he ever makes another braggadocio remark like this; he's gotta be high!

First of all, killing a cheetah is just messed up.
Second of all, have you seen like, their teeth and claws and stuff? I think he'd be too busy getting eviscerated by 120 lbs and 5' of angry cat to do any killing.

Strength doesn't matter, it has to do more with if he can catch a cheetah. :P Besides that, he'd be arrested.
