I only use them if they're caught in the wild then hung until the maggots are dropping off. Best to have them plucked and gutted quite soon and the bones should be easy to remove even with a blunt knife though you may wish to remove the fingernails. . well, you can never tell what's under the nails can you? Marinade in brandy (this removes the bitterness which seems to be in the bones from birth). Flash them in the frying pan to seal in the juices, serve immediatley and take with a pinch of salt.....

LOL You want to cook a vegetarian?? Isn't that considered cannibalism? They are still people even though they don't eat meat. And people are actually animals, so if you cooked one, you'd be eating meat. That wouldn't be good if you are a vegetarian. sorry... but that made me laugh. That can't really be a bad thing, can it?

If you meant to say "using vegetables" instead of vegetarians, then there are soooo many things you can cook without cooking meat, and you wouldn't necessarily need recipes. Tomatoes and veggies with sauces or in salads. Pastas with veggies with fresh, crushed garlic and olive oil and herbs, or sauce. Chili recipes, without meat, of course. You can substitute the soy protein crumbles available in any organic market or in many grocery stores in the frozen food section. But it's not necessary to add it. There's lots of flavor in a nice chili. Mix up the types of beans, like kidney and black beans. Add some garbanzo beans to the mix, then all the usual chili seasonings (cumin, cayenne pepper, parsley, chili powder, chopped onions & gr. peppers. Then of course a lg. can of crushed tomatoes. Cook it in a crockpot/slow cooker for several hours or simmer on the stove for a few hours.

Happy Holidays!

"Long Pig" is the best.

Disembowel the vegetarian and remove the head. Impale on a large skewer. from anus to neck.

Bend the arms and strap to the body. Similarly bend the legs into the foetal position and also bind to the body.

Barbeque as per a Hog Roast.

Merry Christmas!

does this mean a good recipe that vegetarians cook, or are you going to eat the vegetarian?
if so, they are very good. marinate in pickle juice (bread and butter) to get the gaminess out, and then soak in hot beef broth. cook on low for 2 hours with a nice ham covered with bacon strips. serve with chittlens, chicken fingers and a white sauce made with sausage drippings. finish your meal with a nice mincemeat pie.
