In Michigan it's Criminal Sexual Conduct 4th degree. It is a Circuit Court misdemeanor punishable by up to 2 years in the county jail. Conviction also requires you to register as a sex offender. Think twice before grabbing what isn't yours.

Well, what the charge is exactly and what it is classified as is, I'm sure, varies from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. I would like to point one thing out though...
Assault - Willful and unlawful attempt, coupled with the present ability to do harm upon another....there are varying degrees of "assault" based on circumstances
Battery - The willful and unlawful use of force or violence upon the person of another...
The two mean totally separate things....you can have an assault wthout a battery....but not a battery without and assault. This is simply because an assault is an "attempt" and a battery is a successful attempt....so to speak.

the definition of battery is the unwanted touching of one person to another which she could press charges on you and have you arrested. its not sexual battery unless sexual organs are involved which the butt is not. sexual harassment only takes place in the work place and does not involve touching but inappropriate sexual jesters. assault is the verball threatening of some one when you have the means to carry out the threat or have made the victim feel as if you are able to carry out the threat.

It would be consider sexual assult. that is my opinion. But I do consider them the be almost the same thing. I strongly advise you not to do that or conduct yourself in such atrocious behavior. You will get lock up.

It's going to get you in trouble if they want to pursue it. It is harrassment and at the workplace you can get fired. I would recommend finding a mate then you can grab all the butt you want.

If she pressed charges, that would be sexual battery, not assault because you actually made contact with her but. For example, assault is swinging your fist at someone and missing and battery is swinging your fist at someone and actually hitting them. Everybody always groups the words "assault and battery" together to mean the same thing but they actually refer to two different charges.

if you do that, you will most likely be smacked or punched while justified,, that would be battery on their part but could be even stretched to sexual assault. This is a really stupid question if you are really gonna do this.
