You know, I can get headaches from staying up late but not always so I can't help but wonder if it's stress, dehydration, eyestrain, or tension that gives me the headache instead. All are far more common triggers- and often coincide with a reason for staying up late (like surfing the internet or watching TV).

It's also individual. If you find when you stay up later than normal that you get a headache then maybe it does for you.
