What is "about a month"? Dogs are in heat for about three weeks.

Females are in heat for 21 days they will bleed 7-10 days the other days is when she will mate if she has been bleeding ant longer it is not her heat have her checked by a vet ASAP

Any and all dogs heat is 21 days long.
If it's been longer you should have her checked by the vet.

what are you talking about? 3 wks. is the norm.
Are you not keeping track?
Pls. spay your dog after her heat is over,.. but wait few wks. when internal swelling subsided.
