Most people I know of follow the King James Version.
The Bible has so many versions because of different translations of the Old Hebrew language. A language even the Jewish no long speak.
The Quran is a book that is written in basically the same Arabic language that is used today.
Christiany was around before Jesus. And to my recollection I don't think he ever said he was the son of God while still a mortal. But I am not a Biblical Scholar.

God Himself said that Jesus is His son. When He was baptized, He said "This my son in whom I am well pleased" Jesus also said that He was the son of God. As far as versions of the bible, through the years as language develop es and changes, there have been times when the bible was put into a new version. Such as the American standard, or new king James version to help with understanding scripture. Nowadays there are also copy wright laws so the latest versions cannot use some of the same words as the other versions. So they have to use different words which sometimes take away from the full message that the bible needs to convey. There is also a new version that takes away all gender out of the bible so the feminists wont be offended. That one is a real joke.

Jesus Christ is founder of Christianity. That's why its called Christianity. Jesus was God manifested in the flesh. He was fully God/fully man.He was conceived of the Holy Ghost, born of a virgin. As such, he was the Son of God.He was the physical son of Mary. Yet, he was God incarnate. Most Christians I know read the KJV. But there are a few others that are good, too.I have no idea if/why Quran has another version. It isn't the Word of God.There is only one true Word of God. There is only one true God.Jesus was God manifested in the flesh. Not just a mere prophet. Allah was never a prophet @ all. Where is he in the Bible-nowhere?Just the facts.

Jesus is the founder of Christianity. Yes, Jesus said he was the Son of God. The high priest asked Jesus at Matt. 26:63: "By the living God I put you under oath to tell us whether you are the Christ the Son of God!” Jesus' answer: “I am; and you persons will see the Son of man sitting at the right hand of power and coming with the clouds of heaven."
At John 10:36, Jesus told his enemies: "I am the Son of God."
Most professed Christians claim to use the KJB.
Jesus NEVER said he was God.

I wrote my own version of the Qur'an out of spite, just to prove that it can be done. Two of the words in the translation are transposed. Take THAT, muhammad!
Edit: Paul was a liar and a heretic who made up the rules of Christianity without any regard for Jesus Christ's own teachings. He didn't even bother incorporating Christ's message into his church, just made up a bunch of bollocks about him dying for people's sins and him being GOD as a man. I think Paul's mission was to lead humanity to ruin and people are letting him do just that.

It is one of the religions attributes to Abraham, primarily. Christmas seems primarily attributed to Constantine and his change to Christianity. So does most of it's early popularization.

Now then. Christ founded Christianity and yes, He did say He is the Son of God. Merry Christmas.
