Leave it alone so you don't make it worse. Take some vitamin E, D and A supplements for the next week, because those vitamins help with healing, and keep the mark moisturized. If you have pure vitamin E oil, that would be ideal to put on it. You can also log onto ehow.com/preventscarring.

In the words of one of my favorite cartoon characters, "Well isn't that cuuuuuuuute! BUT IT'S WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" You really got me laughing with this question. But okay. You wanna talk zits? Let's talk zits! I used to get them all the time when I was a teeny bopper. I STILL get them every once in while, especially if I eat something really greasy like KFC, or something with a lot of cheese in it. I guess out of Habit, I'll rest my elbow on the desk, and hold my chin. I like how my face feels, and any time I get a bump, (as in zit) it drives me bonkers. I can't just leave it alone, no matter how hard I try. I always have the urge to scratch at it. I've never had mega goo excrete from them though. I don't recall ever spoiling someones lunch!

The pore is just opened up. It should heal in a couple of weeks. Make sure and soak it with warm water and use a little astingent on it so that it doesn't get blocked again. Once the pore shrinks, try a little vitamin e cream or aloe vera cream to help it heal. Also, take a multivitamin and drink lots of water to increase the healing.

Do not touch it. keep drinking and let it heal. Try and avoid putting harsh face washes on it if nessasary only use gentle anti basterial base washes on it lightly to stop it getting infected.

Use this as a learning experience that you shouldn't scratch or pop pimples
