I dont undertsand the meaning of this?

I had a dream that me and my brother were both infront of God for judgement. I was chosen to go to Heaven and he went to Hell. And when we was walking towards our opposite paths my brother asked, "So your just going to turn your back on me like that." So later in the dream I some how became an angel (I know one thing right now I'm farrr form an angel) and Heaven was being raided by demons. And one of the leading demons was my brother. So we had a vicious battle and we both were mortally wounded. I dont like this dream at all. I dont understand what the meaning of it is.

I read some good answers above my posting...Yet I am somewhat skeptical about it being a prophetic dream.
Not because of accepting the prophetic, but rather the content of your dream had somewhat lacking scriptural backing. A prophetic dream should coincide with the Word.

Demons do not get the privilege to invade heaven and your brother cannot turn into a demon. (Nor you an angel)

Now then...There is significant content to your dream in which discernment is required.

You have concern for your brother and are worried about the paths he has chosen...including that of eternal states.

Pray for your brother, accept him, yet hold strong to your faith.
Stay put with strong and distinct boundaries, but do not go to war with your brother.

Most of all, move on and enjoy your life. Be an example, do not pretend.

Your dream seems to depict how you view your own life and your brother's. And, it seems like there is a issue between you both where your brother may feel like you betrayed him. And, you both are suffering from a breach in your relationship. Moreover, he will be hell raiser in a sense as a result of this conflict between your two.. This is not a dream from God. But it seems more like a judgemental point of view you may have towards your brother

I have had many prophetic, vivid dreams. Don't be alarmed. First of all, if this dream was from God, rejoice!

The Word of God is as a 2-edged sword. There will be divisions in households, families. Could be a defining moment for your brother. We are our brother's keepers. We can pull them out of the fire, and keep our garments unstained as well. This may even be directed toward all God's people, do we really believe there is a hell and if we do, have we become so apathetic toward the unsaved that we turn our backs? There is a fierce battle going on for the souls of God's people. And evidently your prayers are heard by God, but the enemy would like to discourage you. We are spiritually engaged in warfare, whether we like it or not. Read book of Daniel and Revelation. There is constant spiritual battling over souls of men and women. Keep praying, hold onto God's Word, His Grace, His Promises. He never said salvation would be easy, in fact, he promised us tribulation in this world. The book of Jude is also good. We are to pull them out of the "fire" so to speak..... As far as mortally wounded, some will die for their faith, or it may just mean death to flesh or carnal nature. I suggest journaling your dreams if you don't already. I do, and I find it helpful. Often, God gives you dreams in sequences, not all at once. Just pray for His interpretation, and that He will give you discernment.

Also, as far as mortal wounded, this could signify millennium; but that is another in-depth doctrine, pre, post, a-, etc.

God is for you and your brother, not against you.
Don't forget, even though God gives us dreams, sometimes our flesh gets mingled in because we are in this earthly tent.

God said He would pour out His Spirit in last days (Joel). This is part of it.

Rejoice. He is for your and we are all in a time of intense spiritural warfare.

Go to God's Word and pray. He will interpret. Be patient.

Interesting dream...You had a Prophetic Dream; meaning your dream was from God. God was communicating with you. He does it all the time with me and my family. Maybe you should consider talking to a Priest...Maybe your brother should get saved and repent from all his sins...Are you a Christian; is he; your brother? From the two guys above, maybe your brother is going to betray you like Judas did Jesus.

You're obviously feeling some sort of conflict with your brother which you want to deny; when you find out what it is and resolve it you won't have that dream agin. Could be jealousy or simply a misunderstanding, but you have to admit whatever it is to yourself before you can resolve it..
