From What I hear about the company it's not a bad place to work. The training program is a lot better then Swift's of course this just what I hear. Most of the drivers that I have talked to is happy with the miles that they get every week. The is about average. The trucks are fairly new probably not more than 3 or 4 years old. They have a number opportunities in the dry van devision and the refer devision. I live next to one of their drivers and he is very happy. He is home about every 2 weeks. He has been with the Knight for 8 years. If you are thinking about working for the company I would say go for it. I started with Swift and the training program is not the best. The miles are there if a person wants to run, but most of the people don't want to go some where so they refuse a load. By doing this it only makes the planners mad and they will give that person one of the worst loads (trust me I learned the hard way).
