well I was going out with this guy for a couple of weeks but then we broke it off because he said he didn't want a girlfriend...well he actually said he really likes me just can't commit right now because he's too stressed with uni & needs to finish the semester coming up before making commitments & he's sorry its hif fault. We're now friends.

When I was talking to him he asked what I was up to n I said nothing and he said what would you rather be doing?...
i replied something bout going out but can't cos have to work th next day. I asked him what would he rather be doing #7 he said
'driving back to my mansion to my gorgeous naked girlfriend.' What do you think he expected me to say or feel?

He knows I like him and we spent every minute with eachother before he asked me out, then it fizzled out cos he can't commit. He's been out with 1 girl for 2 months and has only slept with her & was his longest relationship. He still wants to meet me though

Sorry, but he only see's you as a friend. I dont care what he says about being too busy, or needing time... "he's just not into you"... have you ever read that book? You should pick up a copy- he's a classic case. Theres something that you offer to his life, whether it just be comanionship, or friendship, which is why you still hear from him... but if he saw you as anything more serious than that he would never tell you those things. Like you said, he knows you like him- thats no mystery, so why would he say such a disrespectful thing? He simply doesnt care.

If you like him than the best thing you could do is leave him be and let him be on his way, or just get used to the idea of a friendship and nothing more. At this point, he's simply not into you in that way.... who knows, in the future, he may be, but as of now, dont invest anymore romantic feelings into this guy.

He was just being flip when he answered you. After all you guys are only friends now and he has no reason to make you jealous. This is the usual banter of friends and you gave no indication to suggest otherwise. However, you seem to have kept tabs on him( you know who he has dated and slept with and for how long) and know his activities.Since you still like him and would prefer to resume your romance with him and you also have a good rapport, why don't you simply ask him if he would like to continue your romance again. His answer would let you plan your next move . Happy holidays and a merry Christmas.

OK, well yes he is trying to get a reaction out of you. I don't know what kind he is trying to get out of you, but it most likely would have to be jealousy.

I don't think he would just randomly say something like that to be hurtful. He was probably just trying to get something out of you. He wants to be felt like he is wanted by you still. So he wants to see if you will say anything to him, like how you feel about him still or what not. If he still wants to meet you, then do it. I don't know the guy, so I can't tell you how he feels, but he probably loves you, and wants that girl he was talking about to be you.

If you still meet him, and he turns you down in any way, find someone else. Make him feel the way he made you feel with the jealousy thing. And live your life to the fullest and prove to him that it should have been you, and that he lost his chance with the best thing he could have had.

Good luck :)
