I think they are awesome. There is something sexy about a girl who is quite and shy, but just dying to burst out of it. Now, it's another story if she's just plain boring. Assuming she does have a personality, it's really cool watching her come out of her shell as she starts to feel comfortable around you. Sometimes a shy girl can be a really good listener too, where as a really outgoing girl might have a tendency to talk WAY too much. Cute Shy girls ROCK.

Well, I would go to the girl and make her comfortable with me by spending some 1-on-1 time. Usually for kids, thats what breaks the ice and makes them more comfortable with other people. Then the girl will be all outgoing and funny with you too.

I would not consider such a person to be shy. That sounds more like reserved or selective to me. I am exactly the same way. It is not shyness at all. I only wish to reveal my true self to people I like.

That's pretty sexy. It's a challenge and it makes for a strong relationship. Once your trust is earned and your mind opened to the person, that person will always think of you as his favorite girl.
