Sit (automatic without command during healing too) Heal, come, down, stay (siting, standing & down) finish (return to heal from front of handler). It may be noted the actual command word can be "nonstandard" or even a hand signal as long as the action is correct and its only one word.

Make sure when you give the commands to your dog that they come out as commands, not asking. They should be firm commands but not harsh or overly loud. That will lose you points in the ring.
Choose what commands you will use i.e. come or front on the recall, Heel or around or by me or swing for the finish, Heel or let's go when heeling. Stay is stay, sit is sit, down can be down or drop.
If you do AKC, it's either voice or signal in Novice. UKC you can do both.

I'm only going go over the basics if you want more detail try http://www.akc.org .

Well novice level (CD) requires heeling on leading (with turns, pace changes and auto sit when you stop) stand for exam off lead, heeling off lead (with turns, pace changes and auto sit when you stop), recall (coming when call, sitting in front and returning to heel) as individual excerises and a long sit stay and long down stay in a group. As far as commands go you can use any you want ( I have friends who even train in French or German) but the normal for heel is "dog's name heel", you are not allow to command the for the auto sit or or pace and direction changes. For the stand for exam the normal command is "stand" followed by "stay". For the recall most people use "come" some use "here". The dog must do the auto sit in front without command and the then most use "heel" for the dog to return to heel position. For the group stays the normal commands are "sit" or "down" depending on the exercise followed by a stay. To release the end at the end of an exercise the normal command is "okay". You also have the option of using signals but you can't use both except for stays.

At the Open level (CDX) the the exercises again including heeling off lead, sit stays and down stays, a recall with the dog dropping on coomand part way back but add retrieving exercise on the flat and over a jump and a board jump. For retrieve the command is normally "take it" , when the dog returns the command to give the dumbbell back is normally "give it" and of course "heel" to return to heel position. for the recall it is "come", "down", "come" and finally "heel". For the board jump most use "over".

The next is Utility (UD) here most of the commands have to be given by signal. You also have added a directed retrieve where there are multiple objects and you need to send the dog after the right one and it must pick it up and scent discrimination where the dog needs to pick out the dumbbell the handle just handled.

The UDX and OTCH use the same exercise but the dog needs to qualify addtional times and place in order to get points.
