flirt with her, be nice to her, tease her, but dont make fun of her... normally i just talk to the girl nd once i feel we know eachother enough i ask her out, if she says no i forget about her and move on to the next one... but normally i make sure they'll say yes, i mostly only ask them when im sure..... but i dont know there are alot of ways to get her to go out with you....

Just tell her she is hot, go away, act cool, then take another girl to make her feel jelious, she would come to you 40% garanteed! But if your really ugly, not that iam sayin you are, but if you or someone is, and you really want her badly, hire somebody to fake her or just try to push her, you act cool come in and fake beat the crap out of them, by acting like your risking your life, and act like your really getting hurt! Pay the pushers later, when she is not there! If she is human, the next day she would come and say thanks! Garanteed 70%! Iam a real player so you should be happy getting advice!!!

You should get to know her first and become her friend. Make sure she doesn't feel like you are a stranger and after this, if you still haven't changed your mind about her, then ask her out.

is she the shy type or does she seem into you? sometimes girls will never make the first move so just try the obvious i like you signs like flirting, eye contact, and moving in closer, is your body language showing you want to go out with her or are you akward and stand offish? think about that...
