Is there anyway i can save it without starting again?

add some milk and either stir quite vigorously till you get the lumps out or put it in the blender.

To prevent it going lumpy in future, put a tiny bit of milk with the dry power, whisk it to make it into a thick paste, then add a little more milk to get it a little thinner., then add the warmed milk to the paste.

Try whisking it with a whisk not a fork that should help. If all else fails you will have to sieve it.

Sounds like you added the hot milk too quickly, and you scrambled your eggs.

If it's not too bad, strain the cooked eggs out using a sieve, then go on and bake or chill as usual. If ALL the egg is curdled, however, it wont' set up.

stir it more.

best way is to add the liquid really slowly and mix well to make it smooth
