In the USA, each section of the country has different ways of cooking and different types of recipes. ALL are good and enjoyable. I am from Texas and have lived in Florida. I have never tasted boiled custard. But I am sure there are many things we cook in Texas that you have not eaten or heard about.

I'm up north. I don't know why I've never heard of it. Thanks for the education. Perhaps you could provide us all with a good recipe so that we will have the tools as well as the knowledge to share in this southern treat? Merry Christmas Eve!

Edit: Thanks Donna!
