ok im not going to type some long story but... i really want to move my mom does as well she's just holding back on it,were i live now i cant go to the better school cause i live on the border of two citys :{ and we have had trobule like people following me home & this or and and people have tryed to break in,i jsut really wnat her to see that we need to move and it's not jsut a want for me it's for the both of us, i really want to move into a better house so i can go to a real school and be safe :{
what do i tell her???

Talk to your mom nicely and ask her this question. I'm sure there is a good reason for why she is doing this.

I agree with the other two answers. You may think your mom is doing well financially but I would think she is only staying in current current house because she simply cannot afford to buy another house. If it is a "better" area it means the houses are much more expensive. She wouldn't keep you in an area that isn't safe simply out of choice.

I'm sure your Mum knows how badly you want to move, and why...sometimes things simply can't happen quickly, no matter how much we wish them too. I really hope 2008 brings all three of you a fresh start =) x x

maybe she cannot afford it for some reason. maybe the lease is not up. you need to try to understand why your mom is waiting and what are her limitations. what is holding her back? most likely it's money.
