Ladino, but it's not the primary language of Israel, which is Hebrew. Ladino was the primary language of the Greek Jewish population of Salonika (now called Thessaloniki, second city of Greece), most of which was killed by the Nazis in WW2. A very small Jewish population still lives in Salonika but those of the Greek Jews that weren't sent to the camps now live mostly in Israel or elsewhere.

Ladino is a Romance language with a vocabulary derived mainly from Old Castilian, Hebrew, Turkish and some French and Greek. Speakers are currently almost exclusively Sephardi Jews, for example, in (or from) Thessaloniki, Istanbul and Izmir.

Ladino was the language spoken by Jews who migrated to Spain and Portugal.
Yiddish was the mixture of Hebrew, German, and also various other languages, that was - and still is to some extent - spoken by European Jews (Ashkenasi Jews)
EDIT TO ASKER
- remember that most Israelis and definitely the younger generations, will speak Hebrew now. They also tend to speak great English, and Arabic is also an official language.
