I think it was homemade Italian wedding soup, followed by from scratch pasta and sauce included spaghetti and meatballs and spinach chicken and mushroom ravioli. It was a nightmare but it turned out great...or so the family said.

I'm not real good with Italian dishes because they usually take too long to get things together and ready to be cooked:
Veal Scallopini.
Chicken Cacciatore.

That thing where you layer chicken breast, cheese, and sage leaves. Not only was it hard, the sage made it GROSS
