That's the perfect amount a 13 year old girl should wear. It is very natural and still look nice.

Well, I'm 13 and I don't wear blush or mascara. This is because: 1. we young teens usually have a natural rosy glow, and blush comes off as fake looking. I swear, it's not as great as you think. 2. I might wear clear mascara, but, no matter what it says, all mascara clumps. It looks tarty and fake. I already have long lashes, so I wear clear to make them stand out in a good (shiny!) way. But no, it's not too much. Here's mine: 1. wash face with olay foaming face wash (great stuff) 2. oil control moisturizer, I have oily skin, yuck. 3. burt's bees all natural herbal blemish stick (works in one day!) 4. concealer for any redness or undereye circles, though I don't use it often. 5. a gold shimmer powder on my eyes. that's all! But I wouldn't recommend using porActive, just because it is meant for more mature skin, like 15 and up. It can actually have a harmful affect later in life. E-mail me and we can talk makeup.

It depends on what you look like honestly.
I know people who are thirteen and could be 16, and vice versa.
However, from an average 13 year old, the eyeliner is too much I think. Mascara is just fine by itself. :)

Yes, i think it is, 13 year olds usaully wear too much makeup, which makes them look really weird, I think it is good that you can wear a healthy amount of makeup and take care of yourself at the same time.

At 13, the eyeliner and mascara make you look like you are practicing for when you are older. They are not really appropriate for someone your age.

Its good... but i might change the eyeliner color, depending on the color of your eyes.

this sounds perfect to me! very good that you're staying away from foundation and other heavy makeups. there's no need for those yet. you could also add a little glitter for fun or special occasions.... :)

instead of brown eyeliner use black it makes the eyes look bigger or try purple liquid eyeliner it makes you look just as pretty without over doing it
