It's a sugar cookie receipe from Betty Crocker and it's the kind that is refridgerated. We took it out and it crumbles when we try to roll it and falls apart when we try to cut out shapes. Can I add something to fix this? Or do I need to start over, which I hate to do, Santa will be here before we know it.

Add a little milk or water until it reaches the right consistency. Add a very little at a time. When making cut out cookies try not to overwork the dough as it tends to become tough.

Add some water or milk. The reason it crumbles is because it is too dry.
