It can definitely make them sick. Sudden change in temperature can be detrimental to a new born puppy. I suggest that you take them in the house, and make an area for them that is quiet and secluded. That way you can have peace of mind knowing that they are safe, and warm.

If you absolutely can't bring them in where it is warm, get an infrared light, the kind they put above baby chicks, and hang it about 3 feet above the puppie's area, if they are cold they will pile up under the light, if they are too warm they can put a little distance between them and the light.
I whelp all my pups inside and still put an infrared heat lamp over them, since pups under a week old can not regulate their body temp, will get chilled, even in a 70 degree house.
Ideal temp for neo-natal puppies is 79-82 degrees.

DO NOT LEAVE A MOTHER AND HER PUPPIES OUTSIDE!!!! It is too cold for a mother and puppies to be outsdie overnight.
bring them inside and give them a warm area and a whelping box (well...it's too late to welp in it...but you get the point).
When the puppies are weaned please spay the dog! she doesn't deserve to be put through pregnancies if your aren't going to properly take care of her and her puppies!

Yes, puppies that get too cold, get sick, and usually die. They should be kept around 80 degrees, day and night. Changing the temp drastically every night, will cause them to get sick. Perhaps you should consider other arrangements for their living space.

Newborn pups cannnot regulate their body temperature so the chances of them even surviving in a outdoor unheated shed in winter is slim.....
and the cold night is when they need it the most.....

take her inside your house. if they're new born, they might get sick since it's winter and you're taking away the heat. you really should get your dog spayed shortly after though(preferably after the puppies don't need their mothers milk).
basically .. take them inside the house

Is there anyway you could put a light bulb in the dog house? It will help heat the place up a little. And put a blanket/towel over the door to keep the drafts out. And lay blankets/towel on the floor so the Mom can make a snug bed for her babies.

tAKE THEM IN THE HOUSE now ! Or bring Mom & pup to a shelter. What are trying to kill them all ? Mom is weak right now & needs to be strong for the pups. Thia qualifies as cruelty !
