i had the same dreams long time ago:). and when i woke up i remembered how good it was to fly, and all i wanted was to fly:). but i told this dream to many people, and most of them said me, that they dreamed something similar.:). i think this just mean that we want to get out from this ordinary life, and do something what nobody did before.:)but we don't have to forget that each of us is special and unique!
Good luck, and Merry Christmas!:)

Dreams aren't really something we can control. You should check the library or a bookstore, they have BIG long books on how to interpret your dreams and make sense of them. No most likely we can't fly and if you can the government will probably dissect you to see what makes you fly. Ha. Seriously if I could fly, I wouldn't be announcing it to everyone. =) But maybe your dream means you want to be in the Air Force or fly airplanes?? Or even go sky diving? Who knows. Get a book and read up on it, its the best way to know.

Flying dreams fall under a category of dreams where you become aware that you are dreaming, known as lucid dreaming. Many dreamers have described the ability to fly in their dreams as an exhilarating, joyful, and liberating experience.
If you are flying with ease and enjoying the scene and landscape below, then it suggests that you are on top of a situation. You have risen above something. It may also mean that you have gained a different perspective on things. Flying dreams and the ability to control your flight is representative of your own personal sense of power.

Flying dreams sometime mean trying to escape from some stress or unplasantness in life; when you have control over your flying, then you can control whatever stresses you have. Getting shot is definitely a sign of stress!

Flying is fun, getting shot isn't. Next time you become aware that you're dreaming, try to steer the dream in the direction you want to go. With practice, you can control the dream.

It doesnt mean you have super powers in waking life. It means you feel very free, happy, and independent.
Your dreams feel really real when you wake up at just the right point in your sleep cycle.

When you are 'flying' in your dreams, it means that your spirit is 'free' when you are awake ... if you 'crash' when flying, though, it means your spirit isn't 'free' and you may need to do something about that.
